Anne B. Harrison (also known as Nancy Harrison, formerly Nancy Blaine) was the grand daughter of Anita McCormick Blaine and an heir to Cyrus McCormick, inventor of the reaper. She was married to Gilbert A. Harrison, editor and publisher of The New Republic, which supported McGovern. I am not sure why my mother's name is on the list and not my father's. Most likely because my mother kept the check book in the family!
